In-person coordinator - per diem varies

Coordinators help ensure things run smoothly on the day and are highly recommended for groups of 20 or over. For groups of 60 or over, in-person coordinators are complimentary (exclusive of flights and accommodation).

Flight manager and 1:1 travel assist ($35 pp)

If you choose this add-on we book and track flights for all your attendees. This includes 24/7 chat and call support in case of issues that arise related to attendees getting to and from the offsite such as delayed flights, lost luggage and re-bookings.
You can also choose this add-on even if your attendees will be booking their own flights, in which case those flights will also be supported 24/7.
