For a typical event we charge a 30% deposit at contract initiation and then the balance 2 weeks before the event begins.
For additional services such as onsite facilitation, those are billed after the conclusion of the event.
We plan events internationally, and have run events in areas ranging from major metropolises to peaceful villages, across North America, Central America, Europe, Asia, Africa and the Carribbean.
Yes - if you are planning an event with Tripsha you can request an onsite facilitator. Typically they would arrive 1-3 days before the event to help with set up and stay for the duration of the event. This is a service requested in advance (comes with an additional charge). It is very helpful to help an event run smoothly and allows the whole group of attendees to participate in the event instead of some being bogged down in logistics.
